STAGE 1
Design & Planning
During this phase of your project, we will determine the scope of your project and begin developing the design of your space. Along with the design, we will also begin building a detailed schedule and budget to ensure your project will be completed to your exacting specifications. Lastly, we will also identify any potential hazards we may encounter during the course of the project and discuss potential action plans if needed.
STAGE 2
Pre-Construction
During the Pre-Construction phase of your project, we will manage the process of applying and receiving work permits as needed along with liaising with suppliers and/or contractors as necessary in order to ensure the project can progress on-time and budget. We will also launch our quality control processes, monitoring your project every step of the way for excellence.
STAGE 3
Construction
Once Construction begins on your home, we will manage quality, performance and deliverables on-site. In addition to this management, we will continue to liaise with inspectors, contractors and more to keep our project on schedule. Lastly, we will also be monitoring our budget closely to protect you from any unforeseen overages.
STAGE 4
Post-Construction / Project Completion
Upon project completion, we will complete a final walk-through of your space to ensure that the final punch list items have been completed to your satisfaction. Once approved, we will launch our final administrative tasks quickly and efficiently so that you can begin enjoying your new space as soon as possible.
